Hi I am trying to get to the billing page and no matter how many times I try and use the account/billing link I log into the page below that has not billing links anywhere.

Please help.

I think I have the wrong payment type in the account and need to update the info. Please advise. Thanks

    Greetings!

This is Tin, looks like you can't update your payment details.

Have you tried to use other browser and check if the issue persists? Or how about clearing cache and cookies? To do that, please press CTRL +SHIFT +DEL then choose the Cache also Cookies, then hit Clear Now. If the issue persists, please try to use other device. And if it's still the same, kindly reach MS Accounts & Billing to check this:

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/

Ensure that your MS Account has been signed in

Type "Chat with an agent" and hit Enter.

    Please click the "Contact support"

Please select the "Products and services"

Please follow the prompts to connect with a live agent.

You may also choose the "Call me back" option if you prefer to receive a call.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Tin

As you can see by the image there is no option for billing or subscriptions.

To resolve the issue of the billing screen not being available, follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to your Microsoft account dashboard at https://account.microsoft.com/ using your web browser.
    2. Navigate to the Payment options section in the navigation landmark to manage your billing and payment methods.
    3. If you cannot find the billing screen, try accessing the Service & subscriptions linkin the navigation header to manage your subscriptions and billing details.
    4. Use keyboard navigation and screen reader commands if you rely on accessibility tools to ensure you are correctly navigating to the billing options.

These steps are based on the Microsoft account billing management guide. [1]
