Cannot comment on MSN articles

I want to know why I have been unable to comment on MSN articles since Dec./25. I want to know why!

MSN article comments, including restrictions and blocks, are controlled entirely by MSN’s own moderation systems and support channels, not by Windows or Microsoft Learn Q&A.

When comments suddenly stop working or an account appears restricted for a long period (for example, since December 25), the most common causes are:

1. Automated moderation flags on the MSN side (for example, the AI moderation bot incorrectly blocking comments or accounts).
2. An MSN-side restriction on the commenting feature for that account or device.

There is no way from Windows or Microsoft Learn Q&A to see or change why the MSN account was restricted or why comments are blocked. Only the MSN team can investigate.

To get this looked at by MSN:

1. Open any MSN page that has a comments section.
2. Go to the bottom right of the MSN page and select the Feedback option.
3. In the feedback form, clearly describe the issue, for example:
   • That commenting has been blocked on all MSN articles since December 25.
   • That the account previously could comment without issues.
   • Any error messages shown when trying to post.
4. Submit the feedback so the MSN team can review the account and moderation status on their side.

Be aware that MSN comments are moderated by an AI bot that can incorrectly flag or block accounts and comments, and there is no separate technical support channel for MSN comments beyond the feedback mechanism on MSN pages.
