Factory resetting my pc and got stuck at 42%

Hello I’ve been on this screen since 22:30ish and now it’s 1 am for me and it’s just been at 42% and the wheel still spinning I have not the faintest idea if it’s just a hard file being deleted cuz on April 2nd I got hacked and I had a virus on my pc that hacked my other account with the same email and the guy added a private email and I have not the faintest idea why every Microsoft email goes to spam if it didn’t go to spam I could’ve saved my account but back to my pc can someone help me I have a 500 gb hdd where my windows is downloaded and a 2 tb ssd for games and other downloads and I chose cloud download and wipe everything from both disks pls someone respond

    Hi, good day!

    The best thing to do in this situation is to perform a Clean Install of Windows 10. However, you will need to find another working Windows computer from a family member or friend near you to create the Windows 10 USB Installation media.

    Find another working computer then download the Media Creation tool (Click Download tool now). Use the tool to "Create installation media (USB flash drive at least 8GB in size) to install Windows 10". Instructions inside the link.

    Note: Please make sure to uncheck the "Use the recommended options for this PC" box. Please check the link below for more details.

    Insert the USB Installation media into your computer. Please change the boot order in the Bios Settings. Boot your PC from the Installation Media you created.
