This issue happens when the Microsoft Store purchase is completed, but the entitlement has not yet synced to your linked Battle.net account.
Please check the following:
- Verify the purchase status Go to https://account.microsoft.com/orders and confirm the order shows as “Completed”.
- Make sure the correct Microsoft/Xbox account is linked to the correct Battle.net account.
- Refresh the game entitlements
- Sign out of Overwatch
- Restart your device and sign in again
Blizzard has confirmed that Overwatch bundles and coin purchases can sometimes be delayed.
In many cases, the items appear within a few hours or up to 24 hours.
If the bundle still does not appear:
- Contact Microsoft Store Support for purchase/entitlement issues
Help with Microsoft Store purchases
- Contact Blizzard Support or Battle.net Support and provide proof of purchase from the Microsoft Store so they can verify the delivery on their side.
If the content cannot be delivered, Microsoft Store Support can also help with a refund.
