I need help. I recently purchased an Overwatch Bundle and I can't see my purchased stuff. the support AI is not helpful at all!

To make my situation clear. I purchased on Microsoft store and linked it with my Battle.net OW Account.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Thx in advance for a reply

    Hello,

This issue happens when the Microsoft Store purchase is completed, but the entitlement has not yet synced to your linked Battle.net account.

    Please check the following:

    1. Verify the purchase status Go to https://account.microsoft.com/orders and confirm the order shows as “Completed”.
    2. Make sure the correct Microsoft/Xbox account is linked to the correct Battle.net account.
    3. Refresh the game entitlements
      • Sign out of Overwatch
      • Restart your device and sign in again

Blizzard has confirmed that Overwatch bundles and coin purchases can sometimes be delayed.

In many cases, the items appear within a few hours or up to 24 hours.

If the bundle still does not appear:

    • Contact Microsoft Store Support for purchase/entitlement issues

    Help with Microsoft Store purchases

    • Contact Blizzard Support or Battle.net Support and provide proof of purchase from the Microsoft Store so they can verify the delivery on their side.

If the content cannot be delivered, Microsoft Store Support can also help with a refund.

Since the purchase was made through Microsoft Store and the items are not showing in the linked game account, use these steps and checks:

    1. Confirm the purchase completed
      • Go to https://account.microsoft.com/orders and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to buy the Overwatch bundle.
      • Verify the order shows as completed (not canceled or refunded).
    2. Check for general Microsoft Store purchase issues
      • Make sure the payment method is valid and there are no overdue subscriptions or account issues that could have affected the transaction:
      • Ensure antivirus or browser settings are not blocking any confirmation windows when purchasing, as described in the Store troubleshooting steps.
    3. Verify the content in the game
      • Confirm that the same Microsoft/Xbox account used for the purchase is the one linked to the correct Battle.net/Overwatch account.
      • Sign out and back into Overwatch and Battle.net, then restart the device to force a refresh of entitlements.
    4. If the bundle still does not appear
      • Since the order is through Microsoft Store and the content is missing, contact Microsoft Store support for direct assistance with the purchase and entitlements. Use the “Get help” flow for Microsoft Store purchases to reach chat or request a call.
      • If needed, also contact the game publisher’s (Overwatch/Battle.net) support with proof of purchase from the Microsoft order history so they can check the game-side account.

If none of the above resolves it and the content cannot be delivered, request help with a refund for the purchase via Microsoft Store support.
