    Hi Daniel Collins

From your post, I understand how frustrating it can be when emails from a specific sender don’t arrive.

To help me guide you more precisely, could you please confirm:

    • Are you accessing your mailbox via Outlook.com on the web (browser), and not a work/school account?
    • Emails from this sender are not appearing anywhere (Inbox, Junk Email, or Deleted Items folder)?
    • Other senders’ emails are arriving normally?

If this issue occurs with only one sender in Outlook.com, please try the check below first:

    1. Sign in to Outlook.com in a web browser
    2. Go to “Settings” > “Mail” > “Junk email”
    3. Under “Blocked senders and domains”, confirm the sender’s email address or domain is not listed
    4. Also check “Safe senders and domains” and, if possible, add the sender there

For more details, you can see Block or unblock senders in Outlook

Please feel free to let me know how it goes. Thank you for your time and understanding.
