- Emails from this sender are not appearing anywhere (Inbox, Junk Email, or Deleted Items folder)?

If this issue occurs with only one sender in Outlook.com, please try the check below first:
- Sign in to Outlook.com in a web browser
- Go to “Settings” > “Mail” > “Junk email”
- Under “Blocked senders and domains”, confirm the sender’s email address or domain is not listed
- Also check “Safe senders and domains” and, if possible, add the sender there
