Name Update on PearsonVUE

My Pearson VUE account name is Jeevanathan S, but my government-issued ID (Aadhaar) shows Jeevanathan Selvakumar. My CLD exam for National Instruments was rescheduled due to this name mismatch.

I am unable to update the name in my Pearson VUE account myself, as the option is disabled. I kindly request that my account name be updated to match my Aadhaar ID so I can appear for the exam as scheduled.

    To update your legal name

    1. Ensure you are logged into the Learn Profile that you’d like to change
    2. Go to settings in your profile
    3. Follow instructions for updating your Legal Name
    4. If you see messaging asking you to contact Certification Support, please follow the link and file a ticket with our Credentials Support team.
