Microsoft Entra - Invitations are blocked

We are attempting to register team members within one of our internally developed applications, which utilizes Entra for authentication. However, when inviting users through Entra, we have encountered a critical issue.

The following error message is displayed: “Invitations are blocked for this directory due to suspicious activity. Please contact Microsoft support for help.”

We attempted to create a support request regarding this; however, due to our current Azure Basic support plan, "we are only able to submit requests related to billing, subscription management, and quota increases".

Please advise on how we can proceed to resolve the Entra invitation block, or if there are alternative support channels available for technical incidents under our current plan.
