If the bank confirmed that the payment security checks were completed successfully. Even though you didn't receive confirmation form for the renewal, I suggest go to account dashboard the verify whether the renewal has been applied on the Microsoft account that was used for the purchase.
Please try these quick checks:
- Sign in to the same Microsoft account that was used to renew the subscription and open Services & subscriptions
- Check whether the renewal date or expiry date has updated.
- You can also review your order history / receipts in the Microsoft account dashboard to confirm whether the charge appears there.
Regarding the billing currency and billing country, the subscription country/region determines the billing currency, and that the country/region for an existing subscription may not be directly changeable. This is why you may be able to update the address details but not switch the subscription country from the UK to Portugal within the same subscription.
