Based on what you've described, the issue seems to be exclusive to one account, which could be an issue from the account token broker. Before we proceed, may I know if the issue with this account happens with any other Microsoft Apps? Please check and let me know.
In the meantime, please try and follow this quick fix:
- Type "Credentials Manager" and press Enter.
- Select "Windows Credentials"
- Remove all entries related to the Microsoft Store and the affected account.
- Restart your computer.
