Exporting contacts between two Google (Gmail) accounts is done by exporting from the first account to a CSV file, then importing that file into the second account.
- In the source Google account, go to Google Contacts and export contacts to a CSV file (Google provides an Outlook CSV option that is compatible with many apps).
- Save the exported
contacts.csvfile to the computer. - Sign out, then sign in to the target Google account and open Google Contacts again.
- Use the Import option in Google Contacts to select and upload the
contacts.csvfile.
If the contacts are currently in Outlook instead of directly in Gmail, export them from Outlook to a CSV file and then import that file into Google Contacts for the target account:
- Export contacts from Outlook to a CSV file.
- In the target Google account, open Google Contacts.
- Select More > Import, choose the exported CSV file, and complete the import.
