Contact with a live Microsoft agent for hacked consumer accounts is only available through the official hacked‑account/sign‑in helper and the automated account recovery process. If the ACSR form and helper cannot restore access because all security info was changed, there is no additional support path that can override those systems or manually return the account.

Follow these steps only through official Microsoft pages:

    1. Use the Sign‑in Helper for hacked accounts
      • Go to the Sign‑in Helper: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2196140
      • Enter the email or phone for the compromised Microsoft account.
      • The tool will either:
        • Offer self‑help steps, or
        • Offer an option to talk to an agent if available for the scenario/region.
    2. Follow the hacked/compromised account guide
    3. If recovery keeps failing
      • If the recovery form and helper continue to fail and the hacker has fully replaced the security information, the account is considered unrecoverable.
      • Microsoft Support and forum moderators cannot bypass or override the automated recovery and cannot manually return the account.
    4. Protect identity and other accounts
      • If personal or financial data was exposed, follow identity‑theft steps such as contacting banks, placing fraud alerts with credit bureaus, and reporting incidents to appropriate authorities.

Do not cooperate with the hacker’s demands (such as scamming others) and do not use any non‑Microsoft “recovery” services or tools.
