    Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions to help understand it better: 

    • Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies, then signing in again? 
    • Have you tried signing in using an Incognito/InPrivate window or a different browser? 
    • Are you signing in with an account that has admin access (for example, Global admin or Billing admin) to the Microsoft 365 admin center? 
    • Could you provide a screenshot of the issue (make sure to hide personal information) if possible?
