This error is showing when I am trying to upgrade my storage for outlook. I am now unable to send/receive any emails from my address. I have subscribed to an option, however I keep getting the same error message of: InvalidRecurrenceState/00-0e2877522e7e1f5e4e4d415673acc71f-f0312af86a68ab49-01 8 April 2026 at 08:24:58 UTC

Would you be able to look into this please?

Outlook not updating to the current storage usage/quota

If none of the suggestions offered correct the problem, this may be a known bug. Microsoft has acknowledged that there is a problem and is working on a fix.

The Question is about a quota change after an upgrade. But the problem also shows up after just clearing out storage. In both cases Outlook does not update to the actual free space available.

The Outlook Team says that the fix is rolling out and is expected to be complete in the next 24 hours.

There is no external guidance about this issue. The latest update is that the fix is rolling out and is expected to be complete in the next 24 hours. The product team has telemetry to see the progression, and they see the queue coming down at a steady rate.
