Unable to access my Azure tenant because it has been blocked due to inactivity (AADSTS5000225).

I am unable to access my Azure tenant because it has been blocked due to inactivity (AADSTS5000225).

The tenant is associated with my personal Microsoft account (@outlook.com), but I cannot sign in using that account because the tenant is inactive.

I am contacting support from a different account. Please help reactivate the tenant or guide me through recovery.

I can verify ownership if required.

    In this situation, you’ll need to open a Microsoft Support ticket so that a support engineer can verify the tenant status and assist you with restoring access. This issue requires backend verification, which can only be handled by the Microsoft Support team.

    Please note that forum moderators have no control over user accounts, especially when it comes to logging in to your account, resetting your password, changing your access, etc.
