Summary

--PII REMOVED-- dropped out of Bing entirely on --PII REMOVED--. "site:--PII REMOVED--" returns zero results. The site was previously performing normally in Bing (--PII REMOVED--). Google Search Console shows the site is healthy and growing on Google.

Support tickets already open

• --PII REMOVED--

All three responses have been the automated "we received your email..." reply only.

Diagnostics performed (all April 4, 2026)

• robots.txt — reachable, returns 200 OK, allows all crawling. User-agent: * / Allow: /. Only /partials/ and /go/ are disallowed. Verified with Bing robots tester.

• Fetch as Bingbot — sample pages return HTTP 200 OK. No X-Robots-Tag or meta noindex headers observed.

• Sitemap — reachable at --PII REMOVED--/sitemap.xml, resubmitted in Webmaster Tools.

• Cloudflare Pages firewall events for Mar 24–28 reviewed — no blocks on Bingbot UA observed.

• URL Inspection in BWT shows mixed statuses: some pages "Indexed successfully," many others "Discovered but not crawled" or "Blocked."

What makes this look like an algorithmic suppression rather than a technical block

• The drop was instantaneous (cliff-edge on Mar 26–27), not gradual.

• No changes were made to the site around that date.

• Pages that BWT shows as "Indexed successfully" still do not appear in site: results — suggesting an index/serving layer issue rather than a crawl issue.

• The site is on Cloudflare Pages (free tier) with no known downtime around that date.

Requests

  1. Please escalate --PII REMOVED-- to the Bing index/serving team for manual review.
  2. If an automated intervention occurred, please advise the specific reason and scope.
  3. If the issue is a serving inconsistency (pages indexed but suppressed), please escalate and advise expected timeline.
  4. If any specific changes are required on my side, please list them precisely.

Question for Bing team

Can a Bing team member please review --PII REMOVED-- and confirm whether this is an algorithmic suppression requiring internal escalation, and if so, what the expected resolution path looks like?

Happy to provide any additional diagnostics, screenshots, or logs on request. Thanks in advance!

The AI-generated response has been rejected as it was generic and did not address this specific case. I'm still looking for a Bing team member to review --PII REMOVED--. --PII REMOVED-- is an archery calculator tool with no harmful, safety, copyright, or legal concerns. The site remains fully reachable and compliant with Bing's webmaster guidelines. Any escalation assistance would be appreciated.
