My Microsoft 365 Developer tenant is scheduled for deletion, but I am still actively using it for testing and learning purposes. The tenant renewal does not seem to trigger correctly.

Someone else already faced this inconvenience and how to contact any support trying to figure it out?

Thanks

    Hi @Jerome Guisset

Based on my research, the auto‑renewal process is fully managed by an automated system. There is no manual intervention involved, and human interaction cannot influence the outcome. Renewal decisions are driven primarily by consistent and ongoing activity within the account.

Many users have reported that the renewal typically occurs close to the expiration date. At this stage, the recommended approach is to remain actively engaged with the account, as sustained usage helps signal continued eligibility within the system.

In the meantime, I also strongly recommend backing up your current data to avoid any risk of data loss after the expiration date. Once the subscription expires, you will have a 30‑day grace period to migrate or retrieve your data.
