To change the signature line in Outlook for Windows (classic):

    1. In Outlook, select File > Options.
    2. In the Mail category, select Signatures….
    3. Under Select signature to edit, click the signature that needs updating.
    4. In the Edit signature box, change the text, contact details, or formatting as required.
    5. Select Save, then select OK to close the dialog.

If a different signature should be used by default, in the same Signatures window choose the appropriate signature for New messages and Replies/forwards, then select OK.
