Anyone who seen this error before? Since this is the most rarest error I have seen in my life.

    Hi Huy Dat Nguyen

The message in the screenshot (“Slow down, you’re making too many requests… Please retry again in 5 seconds”) typically shows up when the website is rate‑limiting requests coming from the browser or the public IP address.

In the meantime, please try the steps below:

    1. Try InPrivate/Incognito

    • Open an InPrivate/Incognito window and load the forum from there.

    2.Clear site data for forum.arduino.cc

    • On your browser, open Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > See all site data and permissions
    • Search for arduino.cc / forum.arduino.cc > Remove
    • Restart the browser and try again.

    3.Temporarily disable extensions

    • Turn off extensions that may generate extra requests (ad blockers in “aggressive” mode, auto-refresh, page translators, privacy tools, download managers).
    • Re-test with extensions off, then re-enable one by one to identify a trigger.

    4.Check VPN/Proxy settings

    • If you are using VPN/Proxy, disconnect it and try again.
    • On Windows: Settings > Network & internet > Proxy > turn off any manual proxy.

5.Try a different network (to test IP-based limiting)

    • If possible, test on a mobile hotspot or another Wi‑Fi network.

    6.Optional Windows network reset steps

    • Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run ipconfig /flushdns and netsh winsock reset
    • Restart the PC and test again.

I hope the steps above help you get past the “too many requests” message and access the Arduino forum normally again. Wishing you a smooth browsing experience and fewer interruptions while you continue your work. Thank you so much for your understanding.

The message in the screenshot is not a Windows 11 error. It is a rate‑limit message returned by the Arduino forum website:

Slow down, you're making too many requests. Please retry again in 5 seconds. Error code: asn_10_secs_limit.

This means the forum server is temporarily blocking further requests from the current connection or IP because too many page loads happened in a short time. Windows is working normally.

    To get past it:

    1. Stop refreshing the page for at least 10–20 seconds, then try again.
    2. Close other tabs that are open to the same forum, especially if they auto‑refresh.
    3. Disable any browser extensions that automatically reload pages or prefetch many links.
    4. If it still appears, switch to another network (for example, mobile hotspot instead of home Wi‑Fi) or try a different browser so the site sees a different/new client.

No Windows 11 fix or repair is required; the behavior is controlled entirely by the website to protect itself from excessive traffic.
