outlook changed to Vietnamese and won't translate back to English

Question

Outlook has changed the language to Vietnamese even though my profile says "English" and "always translate." I have tried all the suggestions online but the Settings are also in Vietnamese so I haven't had any luck.

Your account is probably hacked if it was done automatically :(

Is the region at https://account.microsoft.com/profile page correct?

Be sure to check Contacts for any unknown and to-do lists as well, and delete anything suspicious.
