While certain adjustable quotas can be increased directly through the Azure portal, some quota limits (particularly model‑level or non‑adjustable quotas) may require a formal review by the Azure Support team. In such scenarios, submitting a support request under Service and subscription limits (quotas) enables the request to be evaluated and processed accordingly by the appropriate capacity management teams.
A support request can be created directly from the Azure portal by navigating to
Help + Support >> New Support Request >> Issue Type: Service and Subscription limits (quotas)
