I would like to request an increase in my quota for the Anthropic Haiku model, as it is critical for my application. Currently, the quota is not being extended automatically, which prevents me from using the model.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue or increasing the quota as soon as possible.

    Hello Rokas Stankevicius,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A.Thank you for reaching out regarding the quota availability for the Anthropic Haiku model in the AI Foundry project.

While certain adjustable quotas can be increased directly through the Azure portal, some quota limits (particularly model‑level or non‑adjustable quotas) may require a formal review by the Azure Support team. In such scenarios, submitting a support request under Service and subscription limits (quotas) enables the request to be evaluated and processed accordingly by the appropriate capacity management teams.

A support request can be created directly from the Azure portal by navigating to

Help + Support >> New Support Request >> Issue Type: Service and Subscription limits (quotas)

To increase quota for the Anthropic Haiku model in Microsoft Foundry, use the standard Foundry quota request process. Anthropic models are explicitly supported for quota increases.

    Follow these steps:

    1. Open the quota view for the Foundry resource
      • Sign in to Microsoft Foundry with the subscription that contains aiclicks-project-resource.
      • Ensure the New Foundry toggle is on.
      • Select the correct project (the one using aiclicks-project-resource).
      • Select Operate in the top navigation.
      • In the left pane, select Quota.
      • On the Token per minute tab, locate the deployment that uses the Anthropic Haiku model.
    2. Check and rebalance existing quota
      • Select the Anthropic Haiku deployment to open its details pane.
      • In Affiliated deployments using shared quota, use the pencil icon to adjust allocations.
      • If other deployments are under‑utilizing quota, reduce their allocation and increase the allocation for the Anthropic Haiku deployment.
    3. Request more quota from Microsoft
      • In the Quota pane, select the Request quota button (upper-right) for standard deployments.
      • Alternatively, submit the quota increase request form to request more quota for Anthropic models.
      • In the form, specify:
        • Service: Microsoft Foundry
        • Resource: aiclicks-project-resource
        • Model: Anthropic Haiku
        • Region and subscription
        • Justification that it is critical for the application and that current quota is limiting usage.
    4. After submitting the request
      • Quota increase requests are processed in the order received, with priority given to customers actively using their existing quota allocation.
      • After approval, allow up to 15 minutes for the new quota to propagate, then refresh the Quota page and confirm the updated allocation.

If the Request quota button is disabled or the quota page appears empty, verify that the account has the required roles on the subscription (Owner or Contributor for requesting quota, Cognitive Services Usages Reader for viewing quotas) and that the correct subscription is selected.
