- Check if your Microsoft 365 shows there.
- If not, you may be using a different email.
- Try other emails you might have used (personal, work, school). Sign in one by one and check the same page.
- Also check your email inboxes for a receipt from Microsoft. It usually shows which account has the subscription.

- Do you remember where you bought the subscription (Microsoft site, store, or bundled with a device)?
- Are you currently signed in on your PC with one Microsoft account already?
