need to update the correct name in microsoft account

I have scheduled an Microsoft cerfication exam and there is my name coming incorrect i need to update my name in my Microsoft account .

To correct the name that appears for a Microsoft certification exam, the display name on the associated Microsoft account must be updated.

Follow these steps for a personal Microsoft account:

1. Go to Your info for the Microsoft account that was used to schedule the exam and sign in.
2. On the profile page, select Edit name.
3. Update the first and last name to the correct legal name.
4. Complete the Captcha and select Save.

Notes:

• It can take up to 24 hours for the updated name to appear everywhere, including Windows devices and services that use the same account.
• Changing the Microsoft account display name does not change an Xbox gamertag.

If the account is a work or school account and the name cannot be edited, contact the organization’s IT admin, as some organizations do not allow users to change their own names.

If the name issue affects the legal name used for certification records or exam admission, and updating the Microsoft account profile does not resolve it, open a support request through the Microsoft Credentials / Certification support channel so the certification team can assist with correcting the legal name on exam records.
