Exception Error for User when performing Access Reviews in Azure Active Directory

I have a user in our organization that is a group owner, and is prompted to complete an access review of their group every 90 days. It is an Entra group, and when the user has went in to complete the review, they get the following error: User's image

The page for the access review spins as well, and takes quite some time to load. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be? Possible Microsoft issue?
