Hi there!

I have been paying around 105 Euro for a yearly 365 Microsoft P on an account, which I am unable to access. The reason I am unable to access it, is because I cant remember which one it is.

My next payment is May 20. and I would love some help if possible.
English is my second language, so I apologize for bad grammar/writing.

Thank you for your time.

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Kindly follow the guide on the official Microsoft website to investigate and locate the annual charge from Microsoft on this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93

If you're able to find the transaction, you can check if it is eligible for a refund through this link:

    https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/how-to-get-a-refund-on-a-microsoft-subscription-67dca30b-b323-44d5-acc2-e02f9902c472

You may also try contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance in tracking the transaction:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing Issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

If you and the Support Team are unable to find the transaction in all of your accounts, you'll need to contact your financial institution/bank directly and request to freeze all charges from Microsoft, cancelling the subscription on its renewal in the process to avoid recurring charges.

You may also need to have your card blocked and request a new one.

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

To stop being charged and to manage or cancel the subscription, the Microsoft account used for the subscription must be identified and accessed.

Use these steps and tools from Microsoft:

    1. If the problem is that the account (email) is forgotten:
      • Follow the guidance in “I forgot the account I use with Microsoft 365” to retrieve which Microsoft account is associated with the subscription. This helps find the correct email used to buy and manage Microsoft 365.
    2. If the problem is that the password for the account no longer works:
      • Use the account recovery and sign‑in help listed under “My username and password have stopped working – Frequently asked questions”, especially:
        • Help with the Microsoft account recovery form
        • Help with account sign in verification codes
      • These tools are designed to restore access to the Microsoft account so the subscription can be viewed or cancelled.
    3. Once access to the correct Microsoft account is restored:
      • Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page and review the Microsoft 365 subscription details, including renewal date and billing status.
      • If recurring billing is turned on and payment is scheduled for May 20, recurring billing can be turned off or the subscription can be cancelled from that page so future yearly payments stop.
    4. If sign‑in or recovery still fails and the account cannot be identified:
      • Use the contact paths in the billing/support articles (for example, “Cancel subscription” or “Help with refunds”) to reach Microsoft Support directly. Billing issues and subscription cancellations that require account‑specific action must be handled by Microsoft Support, which has secure access to subscription and payment records.
