The Virtual Training Day (VTD) exam discount is not delivered as a visible voucher code in email. It is applied automatically to the Microsoft Learn profile that uses the same email address that was used to register for the event, and it appears only at the final stage of Pearson VUE checkout.

Based on the provided information, take these steps:

    1. Ensure enough time has passed
      • The discount is applied about five business days after the training day session(s) are completed.
      • If the event was very recent, wait until at least five business days have passed.
    2. Confirm the correct email is used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same email address used to register for the Virtual Training Day.
      • The discount is tied to that email and Learn profile.
    3. Retry scheduling the exam through Pearson VUE
      • From the AZ-900 exam page, choose to schedule with Pearson VUE.
      • Proceed all the way to the final checkout page.
      • The discount is automatically applied at that last step; there is no separate code to enter.
    4. If the discount still does not appear
      • Verify again that:
        • At least five business days have passed since the event.
        • The same email used for VTD registration is the one on the Learn profile and used during scheduling.
      • If both are correct and the discount still does not show at checkout, contact certification support via the Microsoft Credentials support channel referenced in the VTD FAQ or event communications.
