Thanks for posting your question here.
Just to set your expectation that you cannot fully remove Bing. It is part of Windows Edge and system search so Microsoft does not allow full removal.
What you can do instead is changing the search engine. Kindly follow these steps:
- Open Edge Go to Settings
- Go to Privacy search and services
- Scroll to Address bar and search
- Change search engine to Google or DuckDuckGo
- Set Search on new tabs to Address bar
This prevents Bing from taking over your browsing.
Second stop Bing in Windows Search:
- Open Settings
- Go to Privacy and security
- Go to Search permissions
- Turn off Cloud content search
- Turn off Search highlights
This removes Bing web results from the Start search bar.
