Microsoft is a nightmare for people with strokes or other serious neurologic conditions

I am angry that Microsoft makes it nearly impossible to get help especially for people who are elderly or disabled. You click on a link and then you get rerouted over and over. I simply wanted my product code but it's not on my home page.

If you pay for a year even you should be able to get a live agent. Atleast once. Now this is posted on goggle. I'm trying to remove this because it was broadcasted.

    Hello Lakisha Parker

I’m really sorry to hear how frustrating this has been.

I completely understand why you’re upset, especially when you’re simply trying to find your product code or get direct help and instead keep getting redirected without a clear path forward.

That experience can feel exhausting, particularly for anyone who may need more accessible support options.

What product is your product code belonging to? Is it Office?

What happen to your product code? Was it lost?

If you still need to reach Microsoft Support directly, here is how you can do it:

    1. Open a website link - Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. In the box below "We're here to help", type Live chat, click "Get Help", and then click "Contact Support" below.
    3. User's image
    4. In this section, you will need to sign in to your Microsoft account.
    5. Select "Microsoft 365 and Office" under Products & Services, select "Technical Support" as the category, and click to confirm
    6. User's image
    7. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.
    8. User's image

I truly understand your concern, and I hope these steps help you reach someone who can assist you more directly.

    Have a nice day
