Let me into my old account

This isn't a question this is a complaint because I can't email you guys directly. Today I decided I wanted to try playing Minecraft for the first time since probably 2021 and I wanted to check out my old worlds too. I'm on a new device so I had to login and I literally had my password and entered it correctly but some reason that login got flagged as suspicious. The email I used (--PII REMOVED-- and I do not care about sharing this email because it's literally useless atp) ran out of storage years ago so I can't get a code sent to it, so I tried the account recovery option instead only for you guys to say I didn't provide enough information to let me back in. I haven't touched that account in 5 or 6 years and literally the only thing I did with it was link it to Minecraft PE. I have no other information to give and even if I did I wouldn't remember by now and neither would anyone in my family since I made the account without telling anyone. Point is, PLEASE just let me back into my account. I have no idea why my login was even flagged as suspicious like that was one of the few time I didn't make 10 attempts at remembering my password.

    Hi Shahira Claxton,

Please note that our Microsoft Q&A forum is a public platform, and we will modify your response/ question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I really wish I could assist you directly on this issue. However, the behavior you're experiencing is tied to back‑end systems and service functionality, and unfortunately, we don't have the authority or access required to investigate or make changes at that level. We don't have the permission to interact with recovery progress or escalate customer's request.

Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.

Given these limitations, the most appropriate avenue for product changes or feature requests is to contact Microsoft Support, or use the recovery form at Recover your account.

Please note that you have to provide enough information for the recovery form, and we cannot do anything to help you bypass it.

Thank you for your understanding, and I hope the support team can resolve this for you soon.
