Microsoft no longer uses Credly/Acclaim for Microsoft technical certifications; certifications and their badges are now managed directly in Microsoft Learn. If the Elevate Educator-Explorer badge is expected to come via Credly and nothing has arrived, the following supported steps apply:
- Verify the credential is actually issued
- Go to the Microsoft Learn profile and open the Credentials / Certifications area to confirm that the related certification or program credential appears there and is fully earned.
- If the credential is missing, follow the guidance for missing certifications: confirm the correct Learn profile and sign-in account are being used, especially if there are multiple Microsoft accounts.
- Check for multiple profiles or accounts
- Ensure sign-in is with the same account used to complete the Elevate modules.
- If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal vs. work/school), sign into each and check the Credentials section to see where the achievement is recorded.
- If the badge/certificate is still missing
- Use Microsoft Credentials Support to open a support request so the credentials team can check the badge status and reissue it if needed. This is the supported path for missing certificates or badges.
Because Credly is no longer used for Microsoft certifications, the resolution will come from the Microsoft Credentials Support team and the Learn profile, not from Credly.
