    Hi User45656565
    To contact Microsoft support:
    Option 1:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal • Go to https://portal.azure.com
    2. Open the Help + support blade • In the left-hand menu, click “Help + support”
    3. Create a new support request • Click New support request • Under Issue type, select Billing • Fill in your subscription (even if it’s disabled) and provide details of the charges you’re seeing • Submit the ticket
    4. Monitor your request • In the same Help + support blade, click All support requests to see status and responses

    Option 2:
Please reach out to the global service number

To reach Azure Billing Support when the automatic flow loops, use one of these supported paths:

    1. In the Azure portal, open a billing support request directly:
      • Go to the Azure portal support blade: https://portal.azure.com/#blade/Microsoft_Azure_Support/HelpAndSupportBlade/newsupportrequest
      • For Issue type, choose a billing-related option (for example, “Billing”).
      • Select the affected subscription.
      • When suggested solutions are shown, ignore them and continue with Create a support request (or Return to support requestNext) until the full ticket form appears.
      • Fill in the details and submit. Billing support is free.
    2. If the portal still does not let a ticket be created or the subscription is disabled and blocked from ticket creation, use the generic support entry point for billing/subscription issues:
    3. If the subscription shows as disabled but the invoice is already paid and the portal will not allow reactivation or ticket creation, contact the billing team via the dedicated support email channel mentioned for such cases: send an email to the billing support mailbox (for example, the address shown in the guidance like supportmail@microsoft.com) describing:
      • Subscription ID
      • Invoice number and payment date
      • That the subscription is cancelled/disabled but charges are still occurring
    4. If none of the above works or if the issue is broader than Azure (for example, multiple Microsoft subscriptions or unrecognized charges), contact Microsoft Customer Service via the general support site and use the “Get Help” → “Contact support” flow to reach a live agent, then specify that this is an Azure billing problem.

For ongoing or complex billing disputes (for example, unexpected or duplicate charges), always insist on a billing support case so that a billing engineer can review and adjust charges if appropriate.
