Currently my primary email address is not an outlook.com account. However I am in the process of moving from my old email address to making my outlook email address the primary account. I would like to send a mass email to my contacts stating that I am making this change but Microsoft is giving me an error message and saying that I am past my limit of emails for the day. I believe that this being flagged as spam. How can I fix this?

    Hi Melissa,

I believe to prevent spam, Microsoft has some limits. Do you have a 365 subscription? That has somewhat more relaxing limits.

You may email half of your contacts today, and half tomorrow as a workaround.

I hope this information helps. If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to reach out.
