Urgent: AI-900 Exam Launch Failure – Request for Retake Eligibility

I am reporting an issue with my AI-900 (Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals) exam scheduled on April 11 at 12:45 AM.

I was unable to start the exam due to a technical issue with the OnVUE platform (webcam not being detected), even though I had successfully completed the system test and verification process prior to the exam.

Pearson VUE has logged this under Case ID: 41487536, but I am currently unable to reschedule the exam as the system fails during confirmation.

Since this issue occurred due to a platform technical failure and not user error, I kindly request your assistance in:

  • Resetting my exam attempt, or
  • Reissuing my exam eligibility so I can reschedule without penalty

    As you already have a case with Pearson Vue support, you need to wait for them to finish their investigation
