I spoofed my MSI GF63 8RC Laptop using a spoofer, something called heaven temp spoofer I believe. After spoofing my laptop, I restarted it and I was able to play the games I was banned from, but the spoof never went away. It stayed permanently and now windows shows that the laptop was manufactured by acer and has a prime z490-A motherboard. Spoofer changed the baseboard number, hardware id's, etc etc. I do not know how I can revert the old serials or fix the spoof as reinstalling windows from a usb did not work. It won't even let me install nvidia app and dragon center doesn't function as its supposed to, any suggestions??

Hello,

A hardware ban is the most severe penalty, as it identifies the PC or console itself and permanently blocks its connection. Tools that attempt to bypass this should not be used. There seem to be various tools of this kind, but using them is entirely at your own risk.

Have you tried booting from a USB installation media, deleting everything on the C: drive, and performing a clean installation of Windows? If a clean installation does not change the situation, it is possible that the contents of the UEFI BIOS were also modified. In that case, you may need to update the BIOS or roll back to an earlier version to refresh the firmware.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please consider sending the PC to MSI for repair or purchasing a new system.
