URGENT - Can't install M365 copilot app on my Android - Samsung S23Ultra -Pending Since Sept 2025

What the hell is this issue

• uninstall my all MS apps
• check everything , updated my phone
• still cant install M365 copilot.

I tried to install from apk market but error say it is conflicting with exisitng app. but which app ? i dont know

On Samsung devices, the Microsoft 365 Copilot app can conflict with an older or preinstalled version of the Microsoft 365 (formerly Office) app.

Try these steps:

1. Open Settings → Apps on the S23 Ultra.
2. Look for any of these and uninstall/disable them:
   • Microsoft 365
   • Office (old Office app)
   • Any system/preinstalled Office/Microsoft 365 variant from Samsung
3. Restart the phone.
4. Install the app only from the official source: go to Google Play Store and search for “Microsoft 365 Copilot” or use the official listing: Microsoft 365 Copilot for Android.

Note: If a previous Microsoft 365 app (previously Office app) was pre-installed on the Samsung Galaxy device, downloading the newer Microsoft 365 Copilot app upgrades that older app instead of installing side by side. Removing or updating that preinstalled app usually resolves the “conflicting with existing app” error.

If the issue still persists after removing all Office/Microsoft 365 variants, use the in-app feedback option once you can open the app, or contact support via another device.
