My Microsoft account was hacked, and the email address was changed

Hello, I recently found myself in the following situation: “My Microsoft account was hacked, and the email address was changed.” Specifically, when I tried to sign in to my account using the email address “@gmail.com” Microsoft gave me an error and told me that this email address didn’t exist, and when I tried to recover my account (which didn’t work), another associated email address appeared: “@jerkoffmail.com.” Obviously, that’s not one of mine—it’s clearly a hack. I even received two emails about suspicious activity on my ******@gmail.com email, but it was too late—I wasn’t home at the time.

How can I recover my account and link it back to the correct email address? I tried using the account recovery tool; I entered as much information as possible, such as my Skype contacts, where I created the account, and the computer I used to create it. They told me they’d get back to me within 24 hours, but it’s been 72 hours and I still haven’t received anything, which is very inconvenient because I need Office, and more generally, I have video games that I purchased using this account.

I would appreciate a solution to this problem as soon as possible, if possible. Thank you.

To contact me, please use this email address: “******@gmail.com”

I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.
