I have a large picture appearing when I log into my outlook. I can't remove it and it blocks access to my email. How can I remove it. TIA

To remove or hide Copilot so it no longer blocks access in Outlook, use the Copilot toggle in Outlook’s settings.

For Outlook with the Copilot toggle (new Outlook, web, mobile, Mac):

    1. Open Outlook.
    2. Go to Settings.
    3. Select Copilot.
    4. Turn off the Turn on Copilot toggle.

    Platform-specific paths:

    • Windows (new Outlook): Settings > Copilot > turn off Turn on Copilot.
    • Web (Outlook on the web): Settings > Copilot > turn off Turn on Copilot.
    • Mac: Quick Settings > Copilot > turn off Turn on Copilot.
    • Android/iOS: Quick Settings > Copilot > turn off Turn on Copilot (ensure the Outlook app is updated to the latest version from the app store).

Turning this off hides Copilot and its entry points for that account across all Outlook clients where the same account is signed in, so the large Copilot picture should no longer appear when signing in.

If the toggle is not visible, update Outlook to the latest version and check again. Classic Outlook on Windows does not yet support turning Copilot on or off via this toggle.
