How do I renew PL-100

Hello, I see the link to renew my PL-100 credential but it is not currently working. How do I renew it?

PL-100 is a role-based Microsoft certification, so it must be renewed by passing the free online renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn during the renewal window.

To renew PL-100:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that holds the PL-100 certification.
2. Select the profile avatar and choose Profile.
3. Go to Certifications and look for the PL-100 certification.
4. If the certification is within six months of its expiration, a blue Renew button appears next to it.
5. Select Renew to launch the free online renewal assessment and complete it before the certification’s expiration date.

Key points:

• Renewal is only available starting six months before the certification expires; it cannot be renewed earlier.
• Renewal is free and must be done via the renewal assessment on Microsoft Learn; retaking or passing another exam does not renew it.
• If the certification has already expired, it cannot be renewed and must be earned again by passing the required exam(s).
