OSM <> bing integration not working

Question

Hi,

I notice an issue that integration of osm iD is not working anymore. A week ago it works fine
As far as I know Microsoft gives access to bing streetsview by https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/File:Bing_license.pdf

iD uses following API:
https://dev.virtualearth.net/mapcontrol/HumanScaleServices/GetBubbles.ashx?appkey=AuftgJsO0Xs8Ts4M1xZUQJQXJNsvmh3IV8DkNieCiy3tCwCUMq76-WpkrBtNAuEm&c=2000&e=-1.4641694249718085&jsCallback=jsonpCache.JBvyTfrCICcGBJD&n=53.3800438498575&s=53.377726812248454&w=-1.4680536785305722

and it replies with 500 status code.

To reproduce the issue:

1. Open https://www.openstreetmap.org/edit?node=9080603466#map=19/53.37866/-1.47473
2. Enable streetside layer
   
3. Open dev tools and review network requests
   
4. find failed requests

Could anybody help me?
