Azure AI Fundamentals

Hello,

I have successfully earned the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals certification. However, my badge is not appearing on Credly, and it shows as “Other Badge” instead of a Credly badge.

Could you please help reissue or sync my certification badge to Credly?

Thank you

Microsoft certification badges are no longer issued or managed through Credly. Certifications, badges, and transcripts are now managed directly in Microsoft Learn.

Because of this change, the Azure AI Fundamentals badge cannot be reissued or synced to Credly. Instead, use Microsoft Learn to access and share certification achievements:

    1. Go to the Certification Dashboard as described in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript.
    2. From there, access certificates, badges, and transcript for Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals.
    3. To share badges, follow the guidance in Use and share certification badges linked from the same article.

If the certification or badge is missing from the Learn profile, follow the steps in Missing Exams or Certifications to:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn profile and login account are being used.
    2. Verify that the credential has been earned according to the certification details.
    3. If still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the link provided in that article.

For historical context, moderator guidance confirms that Microsoft stopped using Credly for certifications and that certificates and badges must now be accessed and printed from Microsoft Learn, not Credly.
