can't log in to microsoft 365 copilot

When attempting to open microsoft 365, stays at white screen saying looking for accounts. Cannot log in to any microsoft accounts on my phone, can do so on my pc

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    1. Open your Android device’s Settings and go to Accounts.
    2. If you see the Microsoft account that is having issues signing in to the Microsoft 365 apps, remove that account, then add it again.
    3. After that, restart your device, open the Microsoft 365 app (M365 Copilot), and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    Check whether you are now able to sign in.
