Microsoft Shopping Extension not working

Good morning,

I usually use the price comparison extension that comes with the Edge browser (Microsoft Shopping), but it has stopped working. It no longer shows any results. Could you tell me if you're having the same problem, or is it just me?

    My apologies and as for additional check and test, please try the below as well.

    • Try a different profile.
    • Do a reset via edge://settings/reset.
    • Try to do a repair by going to Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Look for Microsoft Edge and and then click on the 3 dots on click on Modify and then click on Repair.
    • Download and install separately Edge Beta, Canary or Dev from the below to see if this is also happening from there. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download/insider?cc=1&cs=2282084340&form=MA13FJ. If the issue still persist, it is also highly suggested to send a feedback to the team that is working on Edge for them to be aware of this and hopefully a fix will be applied soon on the next update and you can provide a feedback from the browser itself by clicking on the 3 dots > Help and feedback > Send feedback. If the issue does not replicate on the other build/s, you can stay on it at the time being until the issue has been resolved after an update or another option is to rollback from a previous version that you are using before this issue started and you can download it from the link below by going at the middle part of the page under "Looking for an older version of Edge" and select the channel/version, build and platform from there. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/download?form=MA13FJ

    Thank you for your response; however, I have ruled out that it is a problem with my computer's configuration. I have tried with several computers in different locations and even using VPN with multiple locations, and at no point have I seen the Microsoft Shopping extension work. Therefore, the only viable option is that it is an issue with Microsoft's systems.

    Please check and go to edge://settings/privacy/services and ensure that the toggle for Save time and money with Shopping in Microsoft Edge is on and you may also click on the 3 dots and then click on More Tools and then click on Shopping to check if this work whenever you are browsing the shopping website/s.
