    Greetings!

This is Tin, may I know when did the issue start? Is there any changes made before you got this issue? Please send the make and model of your device. (Please press Windows key + R and type msinfo32 and hit enter, look for system model)

Have you tried to restart your computer already? If not yet, please restart first before trying to reconnect it.

If the issue persists, please run the Troubleshooter, please open Settings, then System, choose Troubleshoot. Click Other troubleshooters and click Bluetooth option and Run it.

Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Tin

Try these steps in Windows 11 when a Bluetooth device does not appear in the list:

    1. Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
      • Select Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Confirm the Bluetooth toggle is On.
      • Or open Quick settings from the taskbar (select Network/Sound/Battery icon) and make sure Bluetooth is enabled. It should show “Not connected” if on but not connected.
    2. Check the Bluetooth device itself
      • Ensure the device is powered on, charged or has fresh batteries, and is within range of the PC.
      • Turn the device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it on again.
      • Put the device into pairing mode (often requires holding a button until a light flashes; see the device manual).
      • Keep it away from other USB 3.0 devices that might interfere.
    3. Change discovery setting so more devices show
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Devices.
      • Under Device settings > Bluetooth devices discovery, change from Default to Advanced so Windows shows all types of Bluetooth devices.
      • Wait a few seconds and check the list again.
    4. Turn Bluetooth off and on again
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • Turn Bluetooth Off, wait about 10 seconds, then turn it On again.
      • Try Add device and see if the Bluetooth name appears.
    5. Remove and re-add the device (if it ever showed before)
      • Go to Start > Settings > Bluetooth & devices.
      • If the device is listed under Audio, Input, or Other devices, select it and choose Remove device.
      • Then select Add device > Bluetooth and pair it again when it appears.

If the Bluetooth icon is missing or Bluetooth cannot be turned on at all, use Device Manager to confirm that a Bluetooth adapter is present (look for the Bluetooth entry with the blue logo) and then follow the broader steps in the Bluetooth troubleshooting article.
