Hello. Is this account using Exchange (Microsoft 365/Outlook.com) or a local PST file?

Does Outlook open if you create a completely new profile and do not import anything from the old one?

Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles > Add, create a new one, then set it as default.

Thanks for the tips - the problem was with a work email account that had changed.

Oh, I see. It can get tricky when using multiple profiles in Outlook, so when you checked your profiles under the Control Panel, that’s where you saw it. Were you able to fix it?
