Microsoft 365 subscription charge showing inconsistency in account

I am trying to understand a discrepancy in my Microsoft 365 subscription billing.

I currently see one active subscription in my account, however I believe I may have been charged multiple times across different dates.

Specifically, I noticed:

  • a charge in February 2025
  • another charge in August 2025 following a renewal prompt
  • and a further charge in February 2026

At the moment, only one subscription entry is visible in my account, and I cannot see all of these transactions reflected in the subscription management page.

Could someone please advise how to locate all associated charges and confirm whether multiple billing events may have occurred?

I would appreciate guidance on how to have this reviewed by the appropriate team.

The charges in February 2025 and 2026 are most likely a Microsoft 365 yearly subscription, the charge in August 2025 is not consistent with that subscription, and may indicate there is a second subscription on some Microsoft account you may have.

This forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, if you are sure no-one else has access to your banking details, using any Microsoft account you may have, try using the steps they provide on this link to find out what that payment was for.

Then use the steps they provide on this link to cancel whatever that payment was for and get a refund.

If you are still unable to resolve that payment problem, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.

    Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

    Select Microsoft 365

    Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
