I'm working on decal printing service but I'm being blocked from showing up on search results. I don't know what's causing it and this only happens on this link and the other sites are working fine

I think your issue is related to searchability of your website on bing results. If Yes, you need to use the available support options under bing webmaster tools to check what could be causing this. I believe there is a workflow to ensure your page is indexed by bing service before the search API can pull them. I would request to check with the webmaster tool support for the same.
