Locked out of my default directory in Azure Portal

I am currently locked out of my default directory in the Azure Portal, where I have several important Azure resources. I suspect this may be related to changes made to my user account, possibly involving a transition between external (B2B) and internal user status. I would appreciate any guidance on how to regain access and resolve this issue. @Sridevi Machavarapu

    Hello Kim Kalmer,

As discussed, the issue can be resolved by signing in using the tenant-specific Azure portal URL along with the tenant ID and the email address shared during our MS Teams call:

    https://portal.azure.com/<tenant-ID>

Once you access the portal using this tenant-scoped URL, the tenant becomes active again, allowing you to manage resources without further issues. I also recommended resetting the admin user’s password and enabling MFA to restore full access.

And the tenant will be restored successfully.
