iPhone mail sends from old email address

I have changed from a hotmail email address to a new outlook account. I have set my new email as the primary one but on my iPhone mail, it still shows as being sent from my old account. How can I fix this please?

Hi! In third-party email apps, after changing the email address on your account, you usually need to remove the previously added address before adding the new one, or add the new address as a separate mailbox. Otherwise, the emails may appear duplicated because both addresses can still access the same mailbox.
