Microsoft 365 admin has no tenant and can't access account

Microsoft 365 admin has no tenant and can't access account that I pay for each month. It is a 365 business account that I can't get into due to no tenant.

Microsoft 365 and Office | Subscription, account, billing | For business | MacOS
