Hi! Sharing a Microsoft 365 Family subscription does not automatically give the other person access to your private OneDrive files. Each person gets their own separate OneDrive storage, and their personal files, emails, contacts, photos, and notebooks remain private unless you specifically shared files/folders or your Microsoft account was actually signed in on that other computer.
Because of that, this usually means either a OneDrive folder/link was shared directly, or your account was being synced on her PC. I would first sign in to OneDrive on the web, open Shared > Shared by me, and use Manage access to remove any links or direct access. Then change your Microsoft account password, review Security > Recent activity, and remove or unlink any device you do not recognize. If needed, you can also stop sharing your Microsoft 365 Family benefits from the Services > Sharing page.
However, if you are actually sharing a Microsoft 365 subscription instead of a Microsoft 365 Family subscription, this can happen because that type of subscription is not designed for multiple users and is linked to a single personal Microsoft account. As a result, the files are stored under that same account, so it is not possible to separate them unless you specifically save your files to a different Microsoft account.
