Incorrect Date of Birth – Account Access Issue

Hi,

I mistakenly entered an incorrect date of birth when creating my account. Due to recent age verification restrictions in Australia, my account access is now limited, and I’m unable to update the date of birth from my settings.

I can provide valid proof of age (e.g., passport or driver’s licence) to verify my identity.

Could you please assist in correcting my date of birth so I can regain full access to my account and subscription features?

Thank you,

Rob - Powerdose Group

If your date of birth indicates you are not an adult, it can be very difficult to change the date of birth on your account, on the link below Microsoft provide the available troubleshooting steps available, try the method in the 'I am an adult, but Microsoft thinks I am a child' section.
